Service Reservations:
Appointment times can sometimes book a week in advance, so we encourage clients to reserve their service times in advance to ensure future booking times are available. With our online booking system, booking appointments has never been easier.
No Children Please:
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere at Gelous, children are not permitted. Newborns and nursing babies are welcome to be with their moms.
Cancellation Policy:
Your courtesy is appreciated.
If you are unable to honour your reservation for any reason, please call or text message us at (403) 617-2512 with up to 24 hours advance notice so that your time can be filled.
Please arrive on time. If you are running late Gelous Spa might need to modify your service in order to stay on schedule. It isn’t fair to start the next client’s service late because you weren’t on time or didn’t show up at all.
No Refunds on Nails:
We only see your nails a few hours a month, the rest of the time they are your responsibility. Please make sure you use cuticle oil daily as it will keep your cuticles and nails nourished and will prevent hangnails. Although Gelous Spa does not offer refunds, if you encounter any problems with your nails they will be fixed for free at your next fill visit. Charges do apply for appointments made outside fill appointments for fixes.
Gift Cards/Certificates:
Gift cards/certificates can not be redeemed as a monthly special, unless the gift card was purchased to be used that month and was purchased as a special (unless otherwise stated).
